Relationship Between Progress Learning Product Use and Student Performance
What’s the correlation between Progress Learning use and student performance on state assessments? This study aimed to find out. Progress Learning was implemented in 16 schools across Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina to different degrees.
The results were clear. In high-usage schools, student scores outperformed the state mean by 10.42%. In low-usage schools, the average improvement was still higher than the state mean, but less than high-usage schools at just 3.23%. Fill out the form to request a full copy of the study.
For the 2021-2022 school year, Fox Elementary School implemented Education Galaxy from Progress Learning in an effort to boost 3rd-5th grade scores on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) exam.
Students using Progress Learning to improve their academic skills showed substantially greater growth in both Reading and Mathematics than students who did not use Progress Learning. The study also found that Progress Learning is equally effective for males and females and for students of different ethnic backgrounds.
