Web Optimization Specialist

As a Web Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of our websites ( and, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates. You will utilize various analytics tools to analyze website traffic, oversee SEO strategies, and implement site improvements based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Analysis and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement A/B testing and other testing methods to optimize website performance.
    • Analyze website metrics and user feedback to understand user behavior and preferences.
  • SEO Management:
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
    • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
    • Monitor and report on search rankings and SEO performance.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both users and search engines.
    • Suggest improvements for content layout, quality, and structure to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
    • Identify UX issues and develop solutions to improve site navigation, load time, and overall user journey.
    • Work with web designers and developers to implement changes that enhance the user experience.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • Develop strategies to increase website conversion rates.
    • Implement and optimize landing pages and call-to-action features.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and design teams to implement optimization strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on website performance and optimization efforts.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web optimization, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience using Hubspot, preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing and other website testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
