The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and oversee the coordination of events and trade shows. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our in-office marketing materials inventory and fulfilling shipping requirements as needed. The Marketing Coordinator will also handle administrative tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of the marketing department.

The Marketing Coordinator will work on-site at our Plano, TX office for 1-2 days per week, as needed per the responsibilities posted. The rest of the workweek can be performed remotely. Occasional travel may be required to attend trade shows or other marketing events.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms.
    • Schedule and publish engaging social media posts using our designated publisher tool.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
    • Pull reporting across social media networks.
  • Event and Trade Show Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and executing various events and trade shows, both in-person and virtual.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including booth set-up, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up.
    • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Marketing Materials Management:
    • Maintain and organize the in-office inventory of marketing materials, such as displays, flyers, and promotional items.
    • Proactively track inventory levels and coordinate reordering when necessary.
    • Oversee the shipping of marketing materials to remote locations or event venues as required.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team.
    • Assist in importing content into our marketing automation tool, Hubspot, for emails
    • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting related to marketing initiatives.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales/marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for marketing and learning.
