Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance engagement. Your primary focus will be on leveraging HubSpot to design, test, and optimize email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Contribute to a comprehensive email marketing strategy to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Maintain a robust database of email lists.
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
• Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective ones.
• Monitor and report on the results of email marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
• Build out automation through sequences for sales and customers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in email marketing.
  

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology, especially HubSpot.
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
