We’re looking for a successful Inside Sales Representative to develop new business targeting elementary and middle schools. This position is responsible for finding and establishing meetings with new school prospects for our amazing online education programs that engage students and make learning FUN. We offer a very aggressive bonus plan, health insurance, growth opportunities, plus base salary. On target total first year compensation typically ranges 40k-55k. Signing Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 signing bonus with this position!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential decision makers within a school or district (Academic coaches, principals, district curriculum coordinators, etc.)
  • Provide a consultative approach to potential clients through a strong knowledge of our programs and how they benefit students and teachers.
  • Maintain proficiency in products and services and appropriately position our solutions against the competition.
  • Work within a team environment to implement territory strategies and approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Not nervous to make phone calls
  • General computer and internet knowledge.
  • A positive professional and aggressive attitude.
  • A self starter mentality with a can do style of tackling your goals.
